How a deployment usually runs
Every organisation is different, but most programmes follow the same arc. NWNT first learns the size of the group, where people are based and what the organisation wants to understand. Integration and communication are then set up, with a clear explanation to staff or students of what is shared and what is not. During the screening window each person receives a link, takes the Stressometer and gets a personal report and care path. The organisation then sees the aggregate picture, and a repeat screening at an agreed interval shows whether things are moving.
Programmes range from a single team or department to a whole company or university.
What the organisation sees, and what it does not
People answer more honestly when they trust where their answers go. Each individual's report goes to that individual. The organisation's dashboard shows aggregate, anonymised figures: how the group is doing across the five dimensions, where strain is concentrated, and how many people are using each care path. It is designed to guide decisions about workload, policy and support, not to judge individuals.
Care for people in India
People in India whose results call for professional help are connected to Dr. Vohra's Emotional Wellness Hub, where psychologists and psychiatrists see them online or in person at 29/24, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi 110008. That covers talk therapy and coping skills on the second care path, and medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment alongside therapy on the third.
Setting up local care abroad
The Stressometer works in any country. Clinical care is different: psychiatry must be provided by practitioners licensed where the patient lives, and many countries regulate psychological practice too. For organisations outside India, NWNT helps establish local psychology and psychiatry services in each geography, including onboarding, matching with local practitioners and ongoing management, so the whole pipeline from screening to treatment runs where your people are. Online counselling can be offered where local rules allow it.
