Why local practitioners matter
Every country decides who may diagnose, prescribe and provide therapy within its borders. A psychiatrist in India cannot lawfully prescribe for an employee in another country, and a care plan that cannot be followed through locally is not much of a plan. Screening can travel; treatment usually cannot.
What NWNT does
The Stressometer sits in front of this. Each person gets an Emotional Wellness Index report, and those who need more are directed to the local services you have set up together.
- Onboarding: understanding where your people are, what support already exists, and what local rules require
- Practitioner matching: finding psychologists and psychiatrists in your geography who suit your workforce
- Ongoing management: keeping the referral route working, reviewing it with you, and adjusting as your teams change
Who it is for
Companies with offices or remote staff in several countries, universities with students and faculty abroad, and organisations that already use the Stressometer and now want the care behind it to be as consistent as the screening. The same thinking helps when an Indian team works alongside colleagues overseas and you want everyone to have the same route to help.
What stays the same everywhere
The screening, the three care paths and the aggregate view of wellbeing are the same in every country. What changes is who delivers the care. In India that is Dr. Vohra's Emotional Wellness Hub; elsewhere it is the local practitioners matched to you. Prescribing always follows local law.

Frequently asked questions
- Does NWNT employ the practitioners abroad?
- NWNT matches you with locally licensed psychologists and psychiatrists and manages the arrangement with you. The care itself is given under their local licence and rules.
- Can individuals abroad use this, or only organisations?
- This service is built for organisations. Individuals and NRIs abroad can still take the Stressometer and ask about online counselling where local rules allow it.
- What if one of our people abroad is in crisis?
- Local emergency services come first, wherever they are. Part of onboarding is making sure each location knows its emergency number and its local mental health helpline, because neither NWNT nor a screening report can respond to an emergency.
- Is the Stressometer the same in every country?
- Yes. Adults everywhere answer the same 55 questions and receive the same kind of report, which keeps the picture comparable across teams and countries.
