What the organisation sees
The dashboard is built on aggregate metrics: how stress is spread across teams and how it moves over time, with the five Stressometer dimensions showing whether pressure is coming from workload, from home, or from somewhere else. That is the information leaders need to change policies, staffing or deadlines. How individual reports are handled is agreed with you in writing before rollout.
Teams in more than one country
The Stressometer works anywhere, so a global workforce can be screened the same way. Clinical care is different: psychiatry needs practitioners licensed where the employee lives. For teams outside India, NWNT helps you set up local psychology and psychiatry services, from onboarding to practitioner matching and ongoing management.
