Online care

Online Mental Health Screening and Therapy, Worldwide

Wherever you live, the Stressometer, NWNT's AI-based mental health screening, works online for USD 8.99. It shows where you stand and what kind of help fits. Online counselling with a psychologist is available where your country's rules allow it. Psychiatric medicine follows the law where you live, so NWNT points you to local care, and in India you can have the full range in person.

What works from anywhere

The screening is the same in every country: 55 questions, 10 to 15 minutes, and a detailed Emotional Wellness Index report. It was developed with the University of Houston and validated against established stress and wellbeing scales. People in more than 40 countries have used NWNT.

For many, the report is useful on its own. It puts words to what has been building up, and gives you something concrete to show a doctor or counsellor where you live.

Online counselling across borders

Talk therapy with a psychologist at the hub, by video, voice or chat, is offered where the rules of your country permit it. Many people abroad value a counsellor who understands Indian families and can speak Hindi as well as English. Before sessions start, the team checks what is allowed where you live and agrees a time that works across time zones.

Psychiatry abroad follows local law

A psychiatrist who diagnoses and prescribes must be licensed where the patient is. NWNT does not prescribe outside India. If your report suggests you need a psychiatric assessment, NWNT helps you understand what to ask for and how to find a licensed psychiatrist near you, and your report can go with you.

When you are in India

On a visit home, or if you move back, you can see psychiatrists and psychologists in person at Dr. Vohra's Emotional Wellness Hub, 29/24, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi 110008. That includes a full psychiatric evaluation, medicine where needed, and therapy that can continue online once you return, where the rules allow.

For organisations with people abroad

Companies, universities and schools outside India can run the screening for their people. Because psychology and psychiatry need local practitioners, NWNT helps organisations set up those services in their own geography: onboarding, matching with licensed practitioners, and managing the service as it runs.
