Anveeksha holds double Masters’ degrees in MBA (OB & HR), M.A. Psychology (Clinical) and Certification in Organizational Psychology. Ms.Jain has an organizational experience of around 14 years with firms like British Airways, Air Canada etc.in different capacities. Over the years she has developed a keen understanding of the issues that face an Organization and its stakeholders, most importantly its employees. She actively engages with Corporate wherein she undertakes Counseling/training sessions etc for the firm and its members. She also undertakes individual sessions that involve various issues and therapies.

She, a Counseling Psychologist is trained for leading corporate and school workshops and seminars. She works on the principle that building a strong rapport with the client is the most powerful tool of Counseling. Tanya focuses on using a person-centric approach. Using Motivational Interviewing, Thought Stopping technique and Positive Psychotherapy is a primary part of her Counseling sessions.

She is a Counseling psychologist who has done her Masters in Clinical Psychology and has experience in dealing with issues like depression, Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), etc. She is inclined towards using an eclectic approach comprising of Supportive Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing in her therapy sessions.

She has done her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology. She has good experience working with children and adolescents with depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, suicidal ideation and also childhood disorders like ADHD, LD, Autism, Conduct disorders, bullying-related issues. She also work with women where she deal with issues like depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body image issues and problems related to adjustment and change
Also, Working with families and parents to help navigate the difficulty and teach effective communication between partners, parent – children and within the family.
Psychological problems can affect one’s life to an extent that it starts impacting the individual’s social, personal and occupational life. She use a variety of methods to help identify the root of these issues including CBT and motivational interviewing with elements like empathy and support as an active and important part of the sessions. She has experience in working with the Geriatric population wherein cognitive and social skills are empowered
through different therapeutic models to yield healthy action and behavior
